Lift Up Your Eyes

By Synthia Robinson-Pack

Lift up your eyes, my children,

For your redemption draws near.

Can't you read the signs around you?

Soon the trumpet you will hear.

Oh, I have waited so long

For my beautiful bride.

Soon she will sing the victor's song

As I bring her to my side.

She will be so beautiful

Dressed in the purest white.

No shadow will fall upon her

She is covered by my light.

She will be without blemish and

She will have no flaw.

For she has withheld nothing

But she has given Me her all.

I will repay her royally

With everything that I possess.

She will never again suffer lack.

She will have comfort and excess.

Her eyes will not fill with tears

From any sorrow, fear or pain.

Though many times she has suffered before

She never shall again.

Oh, my dearly beloved one, look up

I am standing at the door.

Take courage in My quickening approach

And what it holds in store.

We will dance a holy dance

When Heaven sings Redemption's song.

All of Heaven will be singing

Joyfully, peacefully and strong.

We will have a wedding supper

At my table we will dine.

We have all of eternity

So we can take our time.

I am anxious to see you

My precious Bride that I love.

So don't grow weary in doing well.

Just keep your eyes on above.

Before you expect it

I shall be calling out your name.

Those of you who are still living

And those who have been slain.

The wedding arrangements are almost finished.

It is very close.

We also have two Witnesses -

My Father and the Holy Ghost.

So take courage My beloved one.

Time is drawing near.

Keep your eyes lifted upward

For your redemption draweth near.
