I said a prayer for you today.

It was a very serious matter,

And not a simple thing to say,

Or something just to flatter.

For through that one sincere prayer,

I lifted you to heavenly places,

And placed you in the Father’s arms,

Into His loving embraces.

I asked Him to bless your life,

And flood your mind with His unfailing peace.

To remove all fear, doubt and strife,

And all enemies attacks cease.

He held you in His loving arms.

Could you feel the Father’s tender caress,

As He spoke words not to alarm,

But to encourage, love and bless?

I know He will honor each word,

He spoke over you in that precious time.

Don’t thank me though, I would prefer,

The privilege was truly mine.
